MB Energi was founded by Max Beckett
Whilst we play a leading role in the global transition from traditional fuels to clean energy sources, we are all too aware of the practicalities this transition involves. We offer, therefore, advice and strategies that solve the problem at hand and which are both long-term orientated and, importantly, measurable.
Depending on your requirements, we will build a bespoke project team, from our extensive network of industry experts, dedicated to meeting your needs.
Clients often come to us for advice on complex legal matters both prior to, and during litigation. Our CEO, Max, who has extensive experience in related legal matters, currently undertakes this type of work as a Senior Associate with Catherine Jago at CJH Energy Ltd. He is a member of the Energy Institute, and the Expert Witness Institute.

- VP of Operations and Business Development at Itochu Petroleum Corporation.
Qualifications
The insights Max provides are backed by solid academic foundations. These include:
- Advanced Valuation Course from NYU Stern, USA
- Executive Masters in Business Administration (EMBA) from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, Mexico and Arizona State University, USA
- BSc Economics and Business Economics from Southampton University, UK
Outside work
Max is a keen follower of new technology, an advanced scuba diver, and is a certified self-defence instructor. He’s fluent in English and proficient in Spanish.
